# Introduction to Icons

### Why it exists

Trust badges, feature lists and contact blocks look better with icons, but adding them usually means uploading image files, loading a whole icon font, or installing another plugin. Each of these adds weight to the page or clutter to the Media Library.

The Icons module includes a library of 167 [Lucide](https://lucide.dev) icons inside the plugin and prints only the icons you use.

### How it works

- Each icon is printed as **inline SVG**: no image files, no icon font, nothing added to the Media Library.
- Icons follow the color of the text around them by default, and you can set the color, size and line width.
- Use them with two shortcodes: `[cpod_icon]` for one icon and `[cpod_icon_box]` for an icon with a title and text, or with the **Icon (cPOD)** and **Icon box (cPOD)** elements in Flatsome UX Builder.

**Where:** cPOD Kit → Settings → Icons
