# Order number prefix & order emails

### Order number prefix

Added before the order number, for example ABC-1234. Useful to tell orders apart when several stores share one payment account. The order tracking form accepts the number with or without the prefix.

### Order email recipients

Replaces the recipients of the WooCommerce **New order**, **Cancelled order** and **Failed order** emails. Separate several emails with commas. Empty uses the WooCommerce settings.

### Admin email

**Use the store email as the site admin email** (off by default). When ticked, the WordPress admin email is set to the store email directly, without the confirmation email WordPress normally sends. Only administrators can change this option.

### Moving from SalesGen Store Info

The first time Store Variables runs, it copies the values of SalesGen Store Info. The original options are not changed. While SalesGen Store Info is active, Store Variables pauses and shows a notice.
