# Placeholders

Placeholders use double braces and work inside cPOD Kit texts: Shipping Information, Returns & Replacements, the Estimated Delivery summary line and icon box titles. A placeholder without a value is removed.

| Placeholder | Value |
| --- | --- |
| `{{order_date}}` | Today, as the order date |
| `{{ready_date_range}}` | When the order ships (after processing) |
| `{{delivery_date_range}}` | When the order arrives |
| `{{processing_time}}` | Processing time of the Product Profile |
| `{{transit_time}}` | Transit time of the Shipping Profile |
| `{{destination_country}}` | The visitor's delivery country |
| `{{shipping_method}}` | Shipping method label of the Shipping Profile |
| `{{size_chart_link}}` | Link that opens the size chart, when the product has one |
| `{{free_shipping_message}}` | From Product Sections → Settings |
| `{{support_email}}` | From Product Sections → Settings |
| `{{store_*}}` | Any Store Variables value, for example `{{store_name}}`, `{{store_order_count}}`, `{{store_support_hours}}` |

The date, country and shipping placeholders update by themselves when the visitor changes the delivery country.
