# Product tabs & policies

**Where:** cPOD Kit → Product Sections → Settings

### Product tabs

For **Story**, **Shipping Information** and **Returns & Replacements** you can set:

- **Title:** leave empty to use the default.
- **Priority:** the order of the tab.
- **Show as:** WooCommerce product tab, shortcode only, or hidden.

Default order: Story (10), Product Details (12, from POD Profile), Shipping Information (14), Returns & Replacements (16), then WooCommerce's Additional information (20) and the Size guide tab (25).

*Story* is WooCommerce's Description tab, renamed. It is hidden when the product description is empty.

### Shipping & policies

- **Support email:** used for `{{support_email}}`. Empty uses the store email of Store Variables, or the site admin email.
- **Free shipping message:** used for `{{free_shipping_message}}`. Checkout always shows the final shipping cost.
- **Shipping Policy page:** linked at the end of Shipping Information.
- **Returns Policy page:** linked at the end of Returns & Replacements. The full page should show all regional terms.

### Shortcodes

- `[cpod_shipping_info]`
- `[cpod_returns_replacements]`

Each accepts `product_id="123"`. A section is printed only once per product and page, so a shortcode and a tab never show the same text twice.

### Avoid duplicate tabs

If your theme or another plugin already adds Shipping or Returns tabs, turn those off, or set **Show as → Hidden** here.
