# Shipping Profiles

**Where:** cPOD Kit → POD Profile → Shipping Profiles → Add shipping profile

1. **Name** it, for example *CC 1717 – EU Standard*.
2. **Transit time (business days):** Min and Max.
3. **Destinations:** tick **Region groups** (United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Other Countries) and/or choose **Specific countries**. An exact country match beats a region group.
4. **Shipping method label** (optional), for example *Standard shipping*. Available as `{{shipping_method}}`.
5. **Matching:** choose the Product Profiles it applies to, or leave it empty to use it for any Product Profile without a more specific Shipping Profile. Optionally limit it to one **Fulfillment Provider**.
6. Optionally tick **Default for its Product Profiles** or **Shop-wide default (last fallback)**.

### How a destination is matched

Exact country → region group → Other Countries → default of the Product Profile → profiles for any Product Profile → shop-wide default.

Nearby countries are never guessed. If nothing matches, the customer sees a neutral message and the final shipping options at checkout. Add a profile for *Other Countries* to always have an estimate.
