# Something does not show

### The size guide button does not appear

- Check that the product has a chart: open the product and look at its **Size chart** box, which shows the chart it currently uses.
- Check the button position in Settings → Size Chart. If the product page is built with a page builder (for example a Flatsome custom product layout), choose *Do not insert automatically* and place `[cpod_size_chart_button]` in the layout.

### The Estimated Delivery box says there is no estimate

### The dates are off by a day

Check the daily cutoff time and the weekend days in POD Profile → Settings, and the timezone in WordPress Settings → General.

### I see two Shipping or Returns tabs

Your theme or another plugin adds its own. Turn that one off, or set **Show as → Hidden** for the cPOD Kit tab in Product Sections → Settings.

### I see two Quick View buttons

Another Quick View plugin, or the theme's quick view, is active. Turn one of them off.

### A Hook Block does not show on the cart or checkout page

Hook Blocks use WooCommerce's classic cart and checkout places. If the page is built with the Cart / Checkout blocks, add the content with a block in the page editor instead.

### A shortcode shows as plain text

The module behind it is off. Switch it on in cPOD Kit → Modules.
