# When no estimate is shown

If the box says there is no estimate for the destination yet, check:

1. **A Shipping Profile matches the country.** Add one for that country or its region, or one for *Other Countries*.
2. **The product has a Product Profile** with a processing time. Open the product and look at its Product Profile box.
3. **The Shipping Profile applies to that Product Profile**, or to any Product Profile.

The customer still sees the final shipping options at checkout.
