Something does not show
- Check that the product has a chart: open the product and look at the Size chart box, which shows the chart it currently uses.
- Check the button position in Settings → Size Chart. If your theme builds product pages with a page builder (for example a Flatsome custom product layout), choose Do not insert automatically and place
[cpod_size_chart_button]in the layout.
Another Quick View plugin, or the theme’s quick view, is active. Turn one of them off.
Hook Blocks use WooCommerce’s classic cart and checkout places. If your cart or checkout page is built with the Cart / Checkout blocks, add the content with a block in the page editor instead.
The module behind it is off. Switch it on in cPOD Kit → Modules.
No Shipping Profile matches the visitor’s country. Add a Shipping Profile for that country or region, or one for Other Countries. Also check that the product’s Product Profile has a processing time.
Check the daily cutoff time and the weekend days in POD Profile → Settings, and the timezone in WordPress Settings → General.
Your theme or another plugin adds its own. Turn that one off, or set Show as → Hidden for the cPOD Kit tab in Product Sections → Settings.
