Where: cPOD Kit → POD Profile → Shipping Profiles → Add shipping profile
- Name it, for example CC 1717 – EU Standard.
- Transit time (business days): Min and Max.
- Destinations: tick Region groups (United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Other Countries) and/or choose Specific countries. An exact country match beats a region group.
- Shipping method label (optional), for example Standard shipping. Available as
{{shipping_method}}. - Matching: choose the Product Profiles it applies to, or leave it empty to use it for any Product Profile without a more specific Shipping Profile. Optionally limit it to one Fulfillment Provider.
- Optionally tick Default for its Product Profiles or Shop-wide default (last fallback).
How a destination is matched #
Exact country → region group → Other Countries → default of the Product Profile → profiles for any Product Profile → shop-wide default.
Nearby countries are never guessed. If nothing matches, the customer sees a neutral message and the final shipping options at checkout. Add a profile for Other Countries to always have an estimate.
